Service Description

A physical examination is required for youths who belong to sports league or who plan to attend summer camps .It is important to ensure that the individual is healthy enough to engage in the chosen sport or physical activity. At urgent care for less we provide same physical examination that your pediatrician would provide. Routine Physicals Include: - Review of child’s medical history - Measure child’s height, weight and blood pressure - Examine child’s heart, lungs, eyes, nose, abdomen and ear - Check child’s skin for infections or rashes - Test child’s posture, flexibility, strength, balance and posture
